Patience, they say moves mountains. Miss (at the time) Chioma Avril Rowland better known as Chioma met Davido at the Babcock University in Nigeria in 2013. They have since been together despite many obstacles.
Today, Mr David Adeleke, “Davido” decided to celebrate her in the most wonderful way. The White wedding between Davido and Chioma has been the talk of the town since the beginning of last week.

Davido and Chioma’s wedding was held in the luxurious city of Miami, in the United States of America ( USA ) on August 10, 2025.
The flamboyant Davido and Chioma’s wedding comes after their court registration and traditional marriage in March 2023, and June 2024 respectively.

Davido’s Romantic speech
In his speech, Davido lauded the wife for sticking with him despite all odds. He said she changed his life and brought peace to his world.
“Chioma, I have been on many stages, but this is the nervous I have ever been. You are my love, my peace, my home…” Davido said.
He also noted that Chioma saw everything about him that would have scared her way but chose to stay.
“You came into my life quietly and became the most loudest and beautiful part of it. You saw the real me, the me the world doesn’t see and you still choose me,” he concluded.
